We draw our inspiration from nature so sustainability is important to us…

We want to provide flowers that are harmonious with your surroundings and bring the voice of the seasons back into your home. Working with the seasons and alongside local growers, we will bring you the most exquisite natural elements to your door.

Garden Trug

Our waste free policy means that we will be delivering your flowers in recyclable brown paper and string, presented in our reusable traditional garden trug, and like the simple old fashioned milk bottle system they will circulate each month.

We just ask you to return the previous month’s trug at each new delivery… you’re welcome to make personal use of them in between deliveries.

Online video tutorials

With each delivery we will offer an online tutorial, offering you guidance in your designs and practical tips to care for your flowers - posted through our social media channels as well as sent directly to your inbox.

We will also be sending out small creative gifts to help you create space for yourself and allow your creativity to flow…


Our flower trugs will be hand delivered by a member of our team on the first Wednesday of every month, and we’ll send out a wee reminder a couple days before so you’ll never forget we’re coming.

We can deliver to your home or work, or just to a safe space if you can’t be there in person - just let us know where is best for you.

Delivery Area

We include free personal delivery to members in our local area as part of the subscription service - our studio is located on the Belladrum Estate and since postcodes in the Highlands aren’t really reliable, we’re working with a fairly general common sense approach…


Our free delivery area extends:

  • North as far as Contin & Evanton

  • East as far as Cromarty & Nairn

  • South as far as Daviot, Dores & Drumnadrochit

  • West as far as Cannich & Struy


Unfortunately we need to keep our delivery area limited to this for now, but if you are further afield and want to discuss options for getting flowers to you, please email us on subscriptions@wild-gorse.co.uk

By requesting a subscription you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions:

Order Acceptance

All subscription requests received are subject to acceptance by Wild Gorse Studio, and we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to reject any order without giving reasons. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received for unfulfilled services, via the payment method used to place the order.

Timing of your order

We aim to deliver all subscriptions on the first Wednesday of each month - your initial subscription request and payment must be received and processed at least 5 days before this time to be included in the current month’s delivery. Otherwise your subscription and first delivery will be activated for the following month.

Changes to your order

If you wish to change any details of your subscription, simply email us (subscriptions@wild-gorse.co.uk). We'll always do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but we can only guarantee changes (including changes to the delivery address and in relation to card messages) that are requested by 9am the day before the intended delivery date. At peak periods we begin processing orders earlier than usual, to account for the large volume of deliveries. This means that we may need up to 5 days notice for any changes to be made.

Cancellation and renewal

Our minimum subscription term is for three months, cancellations within this timeframe are not allowed - if you have signed up for a 6-month or 12-month membership and wish to cancel, please email us (subscriptions@wild-gorse.co.uk) to arrange cancellation - please note that you will be held liable for costs associated with member benefits provided under our 6-month and 12-month packages which have been received prior to cancellation, but that any unfulfilled months will not be charged. 

We will email you at the end of your subscription period to ask if you wish to continue with your membership - we WILL NOT automatically continue your direct debits unless you explicitly request us to do so. If you wish to ensure there are no breaks in your membership please instruct us accordingly or respond to our reminder at the end of your current subscription period.


The price for a subscription/membership is the price at the time that a subscription is set up. We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to raise our prices at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, price increases from our suppliers and partners. If we raise our prices, we will notify you in advance and provide the option to cancel your subscription free of charge.

All prices include delivery charges unless otherwise stated. All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.


All payments will be made by Direct Debit set up via GoCardless (www.gocardless.com) at the start of your membership - we never store or have access to your banking or card details - more information can be found here: https://support.gocardless.com/hc/en-gb/sections/360002509233-Customer-FAQs


Wherever possible subscription flowers will be hand-delivered by our team on the first Wednesday of each month - we cannot offer alternative delivery dates and timed deliveries are not available, and we reserve the right to change planned delivery dates in necessary - you will be notified as soon as possible and we accept no liability for refunds or inconvenience caused by these changes. If you are unable to receive your flowers in person, you must provide a safe, secure space for us to leave your delivery as well as collect returnable trugs. Although our team will always try our best to ensure punctual delivery for our customers, Wild Gorse Studio cannot be held responsible if a delivery arrives late due to any circumstances outside of our control.

If you change address, you must email us (subscriptions@wild-gorse.co.uk) to update your address details and ensure that no deliveries are sent out to the wrong address. Please ensure this is done by 9am the day before your next order is due to arrive. We are unable to provide refunds for any deliveries sent to the wrong location where we have not received advance notice in accordance with this paragraph. Please note that at peak periods we begin processing orders earlier than usual, to account for the large volume of deliveries. This means that we may need up to 5 days notice for any changes to be made.

We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to cancel your subscription if it becomes apparent to us that delivery in your area is too unreliable. We value our customers and our ability to deliver, so where we can't, we won't risk disappointing you.

Returnable Trug Policy

In the interests of sustainability, as well as for aesthetic choice, our flowers are not delivered in a disposable cardboard box - we provide a traditional wooden flower trug which is designed to be reusable. You are welcome to hold on to it for the month and continue using it, but it must be returned to us at the time of your next delivery. If a trug is lost or damaged whilst in your care, or is not left out for us at the following delivery, you will be liable of the cost of replacement.

Data Protection

All personal data and information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy

General Terms & Conditions

During adverse weather conditions, we may not be able to deliver our services but we will endeavour to keep you informed of progress regarding your subscription delivery - in extreme cases and in situations of Force Majeure, Wild Gorse Studio will not be liable for any delay in performing, or failure to perform, our obligations in circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to supplement and amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Additionally we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access to the Wild Gorse Studio website and services for any reason at any time.
