We are very excited to welcome Owen and Ella from Brae Kitchen, a new Highlands-based food and events venture. Off the back of bringing incredible food and service last year at The Boathouse restaurant on the West Coast, they’re now taking their food on the road.
Join us for a menu that celebrates all that this new season has to offer! Brae Kitchen are passionate about food that reflects this wonderful, wild place we call home. That means celebrating Scottish produce and sharing the stories behind every plate - from West Coast seafood cooked with foraged chanterelles to the many ways of celebrating wild venison, we want you to come away feeling nourished, connected and inspired.
Expect a menu that will surprise and indulge you in equal measure. Shining a light on the incredible produce we have here in the Highlands and celebrating seasonality as the Spring equinox arrives.

We believe bringing people together makes for a more meaningful collective experience so communal seating is a must; you are invited to join the banquet table, indulge and celebrate the wonder of the Highlands in Spring!
Non-alcoholic welcome cocktail and drinks are included and a curated wine-list will be available on the night.
