Join Rikki from Rik's Kitchen for a hands-on introduction to homemade kimchi and the world of fermentation. You’ll learn the basics, make your own jar to take home and have time for questions along the way. 

There’ll be a light bite interval prepared by Rikki using his homemade kimchi to showcase his favourite way to enjoy it and a quick kimchi-base demo with plenty time for questions and food chat whilst your kimchi is brining.
