The Art of Love
Part I: Friday 13th February / 2pm - 4.30pm / £65
Part II: Saturday 14th February / 10am - 4.30pm / £145
[book Part I + Part II together for £195]
In celebration of Valentine’s Day, Wild Gorse is thrilled to be collaborating with Rev. Bunny Love-Schock for a full weekend devoted to love in all its manifestations!
The Art of Love is an invitation to return home to love - not as an idea, but as a felt experience in your body.
Two experiences - One unfolding love affair
Part I - Friday opens the door - remembering love. (the remembering)
Part II - Saturday teaches you how to live there. (the embodiment)
Overall, both experiences are designed for people who feel:
disconnected from their heart or body (and want to reconnect)
tired of seeking love externally (and want to feel loved and loving every day)
Feel doubt, anxiety and fear when it comes to love, but are curious about relating to life with more softness, presence, and pleasure
Participants can expect to:
reconnect with your heart and nervous system
feel grounded, regulated, and alive in your love identity and body
experience love as something you are, not something you have to earn, be worthy of or chase
leave feeling nourished, softened, and open to life again
Part I: Friday 13th February / 2pm - 4.30pm
£65
Part I includes:
Opening ceremony (arrival and intro)
Rose cacao ceremony — meeting the heart
Heart-led meditation & nervous system regulation
An introduction to living from the heart
A conversation about love, allowing time for some Q+A
Simple take-home love and life rituals to feel rich, rested and reconnected to your heart
Closing ceremony (leaving safely)
This Salon is for you if:
You want to feel drenched in love, even in the middle of a busy life.
You’re ready to come home to yourself — gently.
You’re ready to free yourself from the idea that love is dependent on someone else outside of you.
Part II: Saturday 14th February / 10am - 4.30pm
£145
Where the first salon reintroduces you to your heart (remembering), the second part demonstrates how to stay in relationship with it (embodiment).
A fuller initiation into living and designing life from love — in your body, your identity and how you live your life.
It’s for those who:
want to anchor love in the body and nervous system
desire sustained connection rather than fleeting insight
are ready to live in relationship with love itself
are curious about being a presence of love
Part II Experience Includes:
Opening ceremony (arrival and intro)
This day unfolds like a love affair with life — where you slow down, sip and savour
Opening & Grounding into the frequency of love
Rose Cacao Ceremony Leading into *The Art of Writing Love Letters - A more expansive ritual experience.
*Love Letters & Life Dialogue - Writing from the heart, from life, and from the future self — love as an ongoing conversation.
Embodied Heart Practices - Longer, deeper somatic and heart-based practices that move love from awareness into the body
What Love Isn’t - Exploring patterns of over-giving, over-committing, over-extending, which costs you your own heart and how to transform this
Rituals for a Love-Filled Life - Participants are guided to create personal, sustainable rituals they can return to again and again.
Q&A throughout
Closing ceremony - (leaving safely) - Anchoring love as a lived orientation, not a moment in time.
Participants will leave feeling:
loved and loving, knowing how to maintain this connection
deeply nourished and regulated, with tools to relax and rest
resourced with ritual practices that last and can become deeply personal
in an active relationship with love
A day that ignites your love affair with life.
More about Bunny Love-Schock & the Art of Love
Bunny Love-Schock is the go-to for all things love, relationships and what she calls Life CoutureTM - the art of creating a life tailored to fit you perfectly.
She lives in the highlands of Scotland with her beloved husband and black their black cat, is obsessed with Scottish Romantic interiors and lifestyles, a great red lip, too many velvet cushions and beauty.
Born in Glasgow and raised by the world, she has a profound sense of belonging that comes from being rooted in love and feeling at home within herself and her life. This is what she teaches you to experience for yourself.
Along the way, her curiosity for love has seen her become a trauma-informed somatic coach, an ordained interfaith Minister, and a tarot reader, to name a few threads of her magick. All paths lead to the same thing - unblocking the heart and knowing more love.
Almost one million of her weekly love letters have been read worldwide, she’s healed so many broken hearts she’s stopped counting, and her work has been featured in The Sunday Times, Psychologies Magazine, Women and Home, The New York Post and on the BBC.
